Do you have an existing team in the Nation's Capital Region that would like to partner with others for combined synergies?
N.C.R. REACT currently has associations with almost 20 local teams within our defined area of operations.
We help facilitate the sharing of resources across regional teams, including assets and personnel, with partnerships and legal Memorandums of Understanding. N.C.R. REACT is a non-profit organizaiton registered with the United States Internal Revenue Service and with the Virginia State Corporation Commission.
Our consortium approach is built on a simple guiding philosophy: teams are stronger when they work together. We believe that mutual aid is the foundation of effective emergency communications, and that sharing knowledge, experience, and capabilities elevates every participating team. Interoperability is not just a procedural goal but a practical necessity, especially when teams operate across jurisdictions and state lines.

Our philosophy emphasizes inclusivity, cooperation, and regional collaboration, creating a unified operational community that complements each team's individual mission while strengthening the broader N.C.R. REACT network. CERT teams, local or FEMA sponsored, are welcome too.
